Ingredients
- 1 kilo grated fresh cassava cake
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 bottle macapuno (coconut sport)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- for TOPPINGs:
- 1/2 half cup coconut milk

1/2 half cup condensed milk
1/2 bottle macapuno
2 egg yolks
Method
60 mins
- Heat the oven to 190°C fan. Grease generously the bottom and sides of 2 rectangular baking dish.
- To make the topping, mix together all the ingredients until well mixed. Pour and spread the topping evenly into the top of the cake. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
