Stir fry Tofu and water spinach with oyster sauce


Ingredients

  1. 500 g firm tofu (cut in 4 then deep fry)
  2. 1 bunch water spinach (kangkong)
  3. Bell pepper (jullienne)
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Oyster sauce
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Water

Method

  1. Cut the deep fry tofu in 4.
  2. Sauté onion garlic until fragrant, add the deep fried tofu. Mix well..
  3. Add the bell pepper. Add oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Simmer until the bell peppee is half cooked.
  5. Add the water spinach and cover until its wilted.. season to taste by salt and pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy 😊
