Stir fry Tofu and water spinach with oyster sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g firm tofu (cut in 4 then deep fry)
- 1 bunch water spinach (kangkong)
- Bell pepper (jullienne)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Oyster sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
- Cut the deep fry tofu in 4.
- Sauté onion garlic until fragrant, add the deep fried tofu. Mix well..
- Add the bell pepper. Add oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of water.
- Simmer until the bell peppee is half cooked.
- Add the water spinach and cover until its wilted.. season to taste by salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy 😊
